After more than a year’s worth of pandemic potholes, all the candidates had finally visited Reno. The committee engaged in very honest and earnest conversation, arriving at the recommendation that the board hire Kelly Kuo. It did, and in so doing, our community has added a tremendous person and wonderful artistic asset.
